Expert Reading Intervention
At Reading Rescue, we specialize in reading intervention for struggling and dyslexic readers ages 4 and above. Specialized corrective reading strategies can help people who struggle with reading by providing phonics, multi-sensory learning, one-on-one instruction ,audio and video recordings, and computer-based resources. Reading Rescue is a research based program that teaches explicit decoding and spelling strategies. It also addresses fluency and comprehension in expository and narrative passage reading. Our tailored approach ensures that each student receives the personalized support they need to improve their reading skills and gain confidence. The sooner intervention begins the better, but it is never too late too start.
The director has a MS in reading and literacy, is a college professor and a national reading consultant with many years of experience instructing teachers on the scientific methodology of teaching reading.
